DESCRIPTION:Course Overview:\n\n\n\n\nMany hard cheeses require months of waiting and caring for the cheese before you can eat it. In this course you will make a cheese that can be eaten within the week – and can also be aged longer if you prefer. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nCourse Outline:\n\n\n\n\nYou will learn the basics of making hard cheeses\, and since these types of cheeses require a cheese press\, you will make your own simple press to take home. \nWe will also make an accompaniment for the cheese which will pair perfectly with it on your cheeseboard and you will take some of it home. \nYou will also take home plenty of new knowledge (and full notes) to add to your cheesemaking repertoire. \nYou will have your own station\, own pot and make your own cheese to take home! \nWhile we make cheese there will be a cheese board to nibble on throughout the course\, and at the end while we wait for the cheese to be ready to take home we will enjoy a dessert. \nAll attendees will be invited to join our All About Cheese Private Facebook Page – just for you to ask questions\, learn and generally get excited about cheese! \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nIncludes:\n\n\n\n\n\n5 hours of making your own cheese\nCheesemaking supplies for the workshop\nDelicious Cheese Platter Lunch\nAfter-workshop support\nInvitation to VIP Cheesemakers Group
